USA Customer Service Representative

Iliu is a team member of the Customer Relations department; working with the US, Canada, and International customers.

Enthusiastic and personable, she relies on empathy, efficiency, and creative problem solving to help make a difference.
After spending more than 8 years in client-driven roles within various enterprises, she understands what drives businesses and how to foster professional relationships.

Iliu was born in Havana, Cuba and came to Miami in 1988 and has been a resident ever since; she is fluently bilingual in English and Spanish. Her favorite hobbies include: ​spending time with family, taking her dog to active outings, watching movies, and reading.

She tries to support different charities often, in the past she has volunteered at the Everglades Outpost (http://www.evergladesoutpost.org): a wildlife sanctuary, and has donated to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital (https://www.stjude.org): a foundation who conducts research to help end cancer. Currently, she will be continuing a tradition of donating her hair to Locks of Love (http://www.locksoflove.org): a charity that creates wigs for children with cancer.
