Applications & Benefits of the 2WIN
The 2Win may be integrated with the Vision Fit Adaptive Optics Refraction System to provide the most advanced mobile refraction process available. This system is light, wireless, and easy to transport and set up for remote applications and screenings. The system can operate in small areas (refracting distance as short as 1 meter), enabling unlimited flexibility for providing objective and subjective refractive exams. The 2WIN allows for quick and accurate measurements of binocular refraction, and creates precise and objective measurements of ocular alignment, and can detect the major amblyogenic factors such as anisometropia, anisocoria, and media opacities. The 2WIN also has over-refraction capabilities for both spectacles and contact lenses and provides objective measurements of dynamic pupillometry.

Applications
▪ Ophthalmic and Optometric Practices
▪ Pediatric Eye Care
▪ Orthoptics
▪ Pediatricians
▪ Vision Screening Programs
▪ Mobile Eye Care
▪ Occupational Medicine

Practice Applications
▪ Rapid patient vision testing and screening
▪ Refraction and vision analysis of infants (0-3 year)
▪ Vision care of disabled and uncooperative patients
▪ Analysis of binocular vision and accommodative balance
▪ Early detection and documentation of multiple amblyogenic factors
▪ Objective analysis of under or over corrections
▪ Objective orthoptic exam

Eccentric Photo-Retinoscopy
The 2WIN measurement principle is eccentric photo-retinoscopy. Infrared (IR) light is projected through the patient’s pupils and onto the retina. Depending upon the refractive error, the reflected light forms a specific crescent-shaped brightness pattern within the pupil.

The 2WIN measures spherical power, cylinder power, and axis by interpreting the reflected light crescent pattern and position. The 2WIN infrared exam also provides valuable information about corneal abnormalities as well as ocular media opacities such as cataracts.

Binocular/ Monocular Refraction in a light controlled environment
When used with the Kaleidos module, the 2WIN can be used in a light controlled environment, eliminating distractions while fixing the distance for measurement. In this pairing, the instrument can be used for rapid walk-up screenings in any light conditions.

Extended Measurement Range
The 2WIN covers an impressive measurement range of spherical power from -15D to +15D.

Phorias and Tropias Early Detection
The 2WIN is capable of diagnosing myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, and others. Additionally, it will provide evidence of sight anomalies that may be related to anisometropia, anisocoria, phorias, or strabismus.

Pupil Size Measurement
The 2WIN provides accurate and instant pupil size, pupil distance, and head tilt measurements.

Gaze Measurement
This package will add the feature to collect data from three measurements and will analyze the corneal reflex. The results will be expressed either in prism diopters or in degree.

Fully Automated and Easy to Use
The 2WIN works as a camera and operates at three feet (1 meter) distance. It needs only 3 seconds to get a complete screening of the patient. It then immediately provides a detailed PDF report to print and share.

Screening Report
With the 2Win, the customer can complete an objective assessment of the visual function in natural vision conditions. It is ideal for infants, children, the handicapped, and non-cooperative patients, due to the 2WIN’s small footprint and reduced exam time.

Connect to IR Printer
2WIN measurements can be printed and stored internally on a micro-SD card using a PDF format, which is capable of storing 1,000+ results.

WIFI
The 2WIN’s built-in WiFi connects seamlessly to the internet, making it possible to share results and diagnostics via email. The 2WIN also utilizes its WiFi capability to connect directly to the VisionFit.

Refract patients of all ages
The 2WIN can be used for patients as young as two months old and up to 120 years old.
